This case study covers Phase 2 of the delivery of high-level glass replacements, an architectural glazing survey and report, high-level façade clean and pest control at Hull Royal Infirmary delivered by Glazing Refurbishment Ltd.

The scope of this project was broken down into four key deliverables, as outlined below:
78 High-Level Glass Replacements
One of the most significant aspects of the project scope was the delivery of 78 high-level glass replacements in various locations on both the north and south façade elevations. The work required the removal of the existing identified defective glass units, and the subsequent manufacture of the specialist spandrel panels at our bespoke facility located in Suffolk and installation of new panels and defective DGU’s.
